Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Each item is carefully inspected before shipment, and we take authenticity seriously. We guarantee the authenticity of our items through verification using the CheckCheck app and our own review process.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@luxloopfashion.com if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are vintage, unique, and often impossible to replace, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
